International trainings for volunteer coordinators

International trainings for volunteer coordinators of protected areas are one of the milestones of our project.
They give volunteer coordinators – experienced ones and newcomers – the chance

  • Training I in Rumäniento learn (more) about volunteer management in protected areas
  • to reflect own practices
  • to exchange good practice examples
  • to learn and develop new methods
  • to network with volunteer coordinators in parks from all over Europe for potential common projects in the future
  • to learn how to design training courses
  • to learn how to use training techniques
