International trainings for volunteer coordinators of protected areas are one of the milestones of our project.
They give volunteer coordinators – experienced ones and newcomers – the chance
- to learn (more) about volunteer management in protected areas
- to reflect own practices
- to exchange good practice examples
- to learn and develop new methods
- to network with volunteer coordinators in parks from all over Europe for potential common projects in the future
- to learn how to design training courses
- to learn how to use training techniques
