The EU-project „Volunteer Management in European Parks“ has offered various opportunities for park staff and for volunteers to learn more about volunteer management, to exchange know-how and to experience nature conservation in a foreign country.

Park staff and volunteers have been involved e.g. in

• international volunteer management trainings and
• international learning exchanges/tutoring

Moreover, several other products have been delivered:

• The internationally tested „Guidelines for Quality Volunteer Management in European Parks„
• The research about „Impact of volunteering in EUorpean protected areas„
• The Guidebook on Literature about volunteer management in European parks is organized as implemented links in the Guidelines for Quality Volunteer Management in European Protected Areas.
