How to develop a volunteer project? How to use the volunteers‘ motivation and to create even more motivation? How to plan and conduct training courses for volunteer coordinators?

Tony Newby and Adam Slater (The Conservation Volunteers, UK) have led 25 volunteer coordinators out of eight countries through these topics, and even more. By a lot of group work and by using the existing knowledge and experience among the training participants, the training delivered a precious possibility to exchange experience, to create new ideas and even to get ideas for personal further education.
